When we saw the provider, she made sure she asked lots of questions, listened to what I had to say, and it was quick to make sure that all my needs were met. Although it was busy, we were in an out within an hour. I think that is more than reasonable for an urgent care facility! If I would’ve had to go to the emergency room for the same thing, who knows how long I would’ve had to wait.
