The staff were very professional and friendly. The care I received was excellent. The place was very clean and smelled wonderful. I was very nervous but they answered all my questions. I’m so glad they have this location which is only 5 mi from my home. The wait time was relatively short and I was seen by a doctor in less than 30 minutes. They help me with all my needs and I will definitely return to this location.

When we saw the provider, she made sure she asked lots of questions, listened to what I had to say, and it was quick to make sure that all my needs were met. Although it was busy, we were in an out within an hour. I think that is more than reasonable for an urgent care facility! If I would’ve had to go to the emergency room for the same thing, who knows how long I would’ve had to wait.

Just moved to Sebring and was pleasantly surprised with this clinic and staff! Nurse Johnson and Dr. Alder were amazing and very helpful! I can not thank you guys enough for helping me get my medication straightened out and treating my ear infection! We have had really good experiences at Highlands Urgent Care! The nursing staff was kind & sincere. Dr. Peddicord was friendly, funny & thorough with my bloodwork results. Dr. Elder was great with my daughter’s chest pain after a bout with the flu!

The absolute care they have for their patients is obvious and the passion they have for taking care of people shows. Just really down to earth people with endless patience.

I did not have my current insurance information (everything is done online), but they still made check-in very easy and was upfront with the cost. During my appointment I found my information and the genuine and very caring ARNP Fairchild assisted me with getting it updated with the receptionist. Fairchild listened to my concerns and helped getting me back to myself! I would highly recommend this office!

Okeechobee Urgent Care is a friendly, caring establishment. They met my needs and even followed up afterwards to make sure I was OK and if I need anything else.
